Reception Desk
The reception is the place to ask questions about the council or simply to locate people you need to talk to. The receptionist is very strict she does not let anything by her without expressed written consent or having scanned it with or without informing you, it is not obvious at first glance but she something that looks very much like a USW (ultrasonic weapon) aimed in your directed under the desk. Something tells you annoying this lady is going to be a very bad idea.
