First Floor
The First Floor is Council and G8 members only. It is guarded very mercifully. The level of security on this floor is beaten only by the Second and Third floors. This contains the archives, sleeping chambers, and separate wings located towards the back. There is a separate wing for the dignitaries of each nation to relax in luxury, whenever they can spare the time.
