Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America Dahlia would be sat in the chair at the head of the table, shuffling documents slowly and with palpable interest before meticulously placing each in its correct file. Her fingers hovered over the shelf before pulling at one instinctively. Her eyes scanned the label and she smiled, a tiny smile of triumph. "Ah, Miss López." She murmured, carefully bringing up a few holograms of Lyra for her to look at.

Frederika - Russian Represetative "Speak of the devil. Would the correct term be devils in her case?" Frederika stands in the doorway then walks in following the comment and question which amused her so.

Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America  – {{{1}}} "I suppose it is, unless we instead describe her as a very naughty child, which is not especially accurate." She replied coolly, fingering through the file slowly.

Frederika - Russian Represetative Frederika moves in closer to the table. "Very naughty child is appropriate, Devil isn't popular when speaking of children. What in your mind would be more accurate for someone like her?"

Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America  – {{{1}}} "A threat, Frederika. A threat. We all know she's looking for that file. If she finds it she will know everything about what we have done in the past...and we can never let that happen. So we either turn her around, or...we obliterate her entirely." She replied, looking her in the eye seriously.

Frederika - Russian Represetative "You can't make something light out of something dark. If she is a threat, as you say, she needs to be eliminated. Plain and simple. If we were able to successfully turn her, I would not trust her. Do you not doubt anyone else in our position would be easily persuaded to believe she would serve our purposes, Council purposes?"

Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America She nods, acknowledging the validity of the argument. "I heard on the grapevine that she's soon to make a home visit. If this information is correct, we could checkmate her there." She mused, bringing up a hologram of the household and scrutinizing it.

Frederika - Russian Represetative "You, want, to, ..." She struggled to find appropriate words. "Set something up on ground that she is more familiar with than we are?" Frederika would wait, then speak again. "Think of your childhood home. Does anyone who hasn't lived there know it better than you?"

Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America "Oh, no no no. Not from the inside, oh dear me no. From the outside. Something more...explosive, if you catch my drift." She had that dangerous smirk on her face from when she was plotting something.

Frederika - Russian Represetative "Now, you, and I are on the same page."

Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America "As far as I know there are already cameras in the place, as well as bugs. So whenever she comes we'll be ready for her. We either send a team out to implant explosives or go for the bomb route." She grinned, thinking about the council's biggest problem being obliterated.

Frederika - Russian Represetative "It should look more, faulty mechanisms within the house, no one's fault in particular. A big explosion calls for lots of media attention. We should send in Housing or disguise a team as maintenance men. They can get in, and out unsuspected."

Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America "I like your thinking."

Frederika - Russian Represetative "We have to be logical. We want to be rid of her, but we don't want to draw attention to ourselves. The first thing the media is going to do is come to us, knowing she wasn't our biggest supporter. They'll find someone to tell them whatever they don't already know about the finer detail, they always do."

Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America "Then we merely don't tell the others, then." She replied. "We could blame on a gas leak or something if it comes to it." She pulled up a simulation quickly, of how it would go.
